Förderverein der Integrata-Stiftung e. V.
A community of people actively supporting the Foundation's work — founded in 2006 by founder Wolfgang Heilmann and Michael Mörike.
Why it exists
Purpose and independence
The supporting association is legally independent from the Foundation, enabling faster and more direct action.
It was founded in 2006 together with the founder, then under the name 'Verein der Freunde der Integrata-Stiftung'. Its purpose remains to support the Foundation's goals for the humane use of information technology.
As a registered association, it has its own board, statutes and general assembly. It is registered with Stuttgart local court under VR 381648 and is based in Tübingen.
Every membership strengthens the Foundation's independence from commercial interests and therefore the credibility of its work.

Membership fee
Four levels
The fee is charged annually and is tax-deductible. The invoice also serves as a donation receipt.
- 100 €
- per year for individuals
- 150 €
- per year for families
- 1.000 €
- per year for institutions and legal entities
- ab 200 €
- per year for non-profit organisations and social enterprises — the fee may be set according to turnover and the age of the organisation
Membership is open-ended, but lasts at least one year. It ends at the end of the year if written notice reaches the board by 30 September.
Donations beyond the membership fee are welcome.
